Your Chubby Buttons can summon Google Assistant on your Android phone by holding the play/pause button for 2 seconds. We have heard from a few customers that there may be situations in which this does not work right out of the box. Make sure that the following are settings are put in place:
Step 1: Open the Google App
Step 2: Open "Settings"
Step 3: Open "Google Assistant"
Step 4: Choose "Personalization"
Step 5: Turn all toggle switches to "ON"
