I am so sorry to hear about this delay. I have good news and bad news..
The bad news is that both you and I have access to the same information: only what the tracking number tells us. I wish I could tell you more, but unfortunately you and I can only see the same limited information.
The good news is this: I know that the package went out. Our warehouse does an excellent job of getting packages out of the door within 2 business days. I've seen international orders take up to 4 weeks to get to their destination. I believe we need to be a little extra patient these days as the supply chain worldwide is suffering major delays due to employees being absent due to Covid. The USPS is not immune to these delays. Please do let me know if you have not received your package within another 5 weeks from your order date, and I will see to it that a replacement is sent over to you (with expedited shipping).
